Vincent Pang
President of Western European Region, Huawei
Mr Vincent (Bo) Pang is the President of Huawei’s Western European Region. In this role, he is responsible for the overall business development and management in this region, including sales, marketing, and business operations.
Prior to this new appointment, he served as Huawei’s President of Global Sales and Key Accounts Department, overseeing global sales, orders and payment targets, analysing industrial policy, developing customer and competition strategies, as well as managing and developing global account organisations, coordinating cross-regional operations and building global organisational relationships.
Mr Pang joined Huawei after graduating from the Harbin Institute of Technology in 1999 and has held several senior positions within the company including Vice-President of the Western European Region, President of the Vodafone Global Account, member of the Carrier Network BG EMT, member of the Strategy & Development Committee.
Prof. Dr. Detlef Zühlke
Director Innovative Factory Systems IFS German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence, DFKI GmbH and Chairman Executive Board SmartFactoryKL e.V.
Professor Dr. Detlef Zuehlke held the chair for production automation at the Kaiserslautern University of Technology/Germany from 1991 until March 31, 2017. He had received his MSc and PhD degrees from RWTH Aachen. After completing his PhD, he worked for Lufthansa German Airlines from 1985 to 1991 where he held several management positions, finally responsible for the aircraft maintenance division as a general manager. In 2008 he was appointed director of the Innovative Factory Systems department at the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI) in Kaiserslautern. He held this position up to his retirement on May 31, 2017.
Furthermore, Zuehlke founded the “Technologie-Initiative SmartFactory Kaiserslautern e.V.” in 2005 and has been the Chairman of the Executive Board since the beginning. This industry-driven research and demonstration center for smart factory technologies is recognized as the birthplace of the Industrie 4.0 paradigm. In 2017, he was awarded “Manufacturing Leader of the Year” by Frost & Sullivan’s Manufacturing Leadership Council in the USA and honored for his thought leadership on the topic of Industrie 4.0 / Smart Factory. He has received many renown awards, advises many companies and organizations and has given numerous invited keynotes at national and international events.
Leon He
President of Enterprise BG Western Europe Huawei.
Leon He has served in a variety of executive roles within Huawei over the course of his career. In 2012, he was appointed as the President of Enterprise BG Western Europe.
Leon had achieved successive significant breakthroughs and maintained sustainable profitable business growth with operators in Asia Pacific, Europe, and Latin America.
He held numerous global positions prior to his current position. He was the President of Global Solution Sales, Enterprise BG in 2011 and formerly the VP of pre-sales in Southern Pacific region since 2008. He served as Asia Pacific fixed network pre-sales director in 2006. In 2002-2005, he was the global access solution director, leading the pre-sales team in successfully breakthrough European market. He started his career in 1998 as broadband network senior R&D engineer in Huawei.

Yuri van Geest

Yuri is the Dutch Ambassador of Singularity University, Founder of SingularityU The Netherlands and a triple alumnus of Singularity University, Exponential Medicine and Exponential Finance. He was co-founder/lead organizer of successful corporate hackatons and non-profit events & communities like Quantified Self Europe and Amsterdam, Mobile Monday Amsterdam, Lean Startup NL and TEDxAmsterdam. Yuri was a key member of the Topteam Creative Industry within the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Agriculture and Innovation in the central Dutch government which focused on driving innovation at the ecosystem level.
Dr. Stefan Franzke
CEO of Berlin Partner for Business and Technology
After graduating in mechanical engineering from the University of Hanover, Dr. Stefan Franzke became managing director at the Institut für Integrierte Produktion in Hanover. As the head of the Innovation Center Lower Saxony beginning in 2003, he intensified his know-how in in the field of strategy consulting for innovations and key technologies and advised international investors in their relocation process. Additionally as the managing director of Innovatives Niedersachsen, he was responsible for the national and international marketing of the federal state starting in 2006. Since July 1, 2014 Dr. Stefan Franzke is the CEO at Berlin Partner for Business and Technology.
Ren Zhipeng

Ren Zhipeng joined Huawei in 1998, and has more than 19 years of experience in the ICT industry. He has successively held the posts of managerial positions in a number of operating department, including Huawei Cloud Computing & Big Data , Mobile Soft Switch, Mobile Gateway and others.
Derrick Loi
Global Head, Data Centre Solution and Services, Orange Cloud for Business International
Currently, as Global Head of Orange Cloud for Business International, he is responsible for the GTM, revenue targets, order targets and P&L for OCB international, which covers Asia Pacific, Europe, Americas and Emerging Markets.
20 years of experience in enterprise data center, hosting, cloud and telco managed services in Asia Pacific.
Rich and diverse background in regional sales, pre-sales, SP channels, business development, product management and professional services for various managed DC and ICT services, with previous experience in SingTel, BT Infonet, Cisco Systems, Citrix Systems.  
He graduated from National University of Singapore with 2nd Class Upper Honors in Electrical and Electronics Engineer (major in Telecommunications), and subsequently completed the Master of Business Administration from the NUS Business School, which is ranked top 30 globally in the Financial Times EMBA Rankings.
